Job Description:
- 1. Coordinate collection activities and minimize net credit losses
- 2. Prepare, document and monitor strategy effectiveness to enable greater efficiency
- 3. Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of all collection strategies.
- 4. Design and conduct champion & challenger tests of all collection strategies
- 5. Ensure the collection strategies are implemented accurately and are running as designed
- 6. Responsible in organizing team members and their workload/target to meet or exceed productivity performance standards
- 7. Responsible for fulfilling the number of agents needed in accordance with the capacity plan set by management
- 8. Responsible for the report to Manager and TOP Management
Job Requirements:
- 1. Maximum 32th years old
- 2. Good communication skills
- 3. 3 years or more experience in the same field
- 4. Fluent Spoken & Written English
- 5. Willing to work with fun and start-up culture
- 6. Willing to work at weekend & shifting
